Inquiry about Enrollment for my Daughters

To whom it may concern,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Namie ●●, and I am writing to inquire about the possibility of enrolling my two daughters in your school.

We currently reside in Japan but will be in Geneva for a period of one year, from April 2024 to March 2025. During this time, my husband and I will be visiting researchers at the University of Geneva.

I have two daughters and I am seeking an international school for their education. In April 2024, our eldest daughter, Erina ●●, will be 7 years old (born on ●●, 2016) and our second daughter, Arisa ●● will be 5 years old (born on ●●, 2018).
Currently, my eldest daughter is attending the first grade of primary school, while my second daughter is in preschool. They both study in public school and their native language is Japanese. Additionally, they are studying English at a cram school.

Upon conducting extensive research and seeking recommendations, I was impressed by the philosophy of your school, particularly the importance placed on fostering a child’s global vision of life and multicultural understanding.

I would like to know if there are any available openings for enrollment. Our intended start date would be April 2024, despite it being in the middle of the academic calendar. I would appreciate any information regarding the feasibility of enrolling my daughters at that time. I would like my daughters to study at your school for one year from April 2024 to March 2025.

Furthermore, I would greatly appreciate it if we could arrange my visit to the school in early September (from 4th to 8th) to further discuss the enrollment process and gain a better understanding of your educational approach. Please let me know of any available dates and times that would be convenient for such a visit.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. I look forward to the possibility of enrolling my daughters in your school.

Sincerely,
