日本を出発する前に、スイスでの受け入れ先等を通じて、将来の居住地を管轄する州当局（移民局等）に滞在許可発行確約書（又は入国許可発行確約書）を直接申請しなければなりません。この確約書を取得後、確約書を携行してスイスへ入国してください。
スイス入国後は、すみやかに（スイス当局の定める日数以内に）、各州移民局等で滞在許可の取得手続きを行ってください。
上記情報によれば、「スイスでの受け入れ先等を通じて」滞在許可発行確約書を申請する、と書かれてある。
つまり、ジュネーブ大学がやってくれる・・・？
でも、2週間くらい前にinvitation letterについてやりとりをしたっきり。
なので、先方に以下のようなメールを出してみた。
I am writing to ask you about the administrative procedures associated with obtaining a residence permit.
I would like to know if your office, specifically the secretariat, can assist us with these procedures.
Alternatively, should we contact the Welcome Center and seek their support in proceeding the process?
I have attempted to contact the Welcome Center through their website, but unfortunately, I have not yet received a response.
